Our Tryout Clinic is designed to help athletes prepare for upcoming team placements in a positive, structured environment. Gymnasts will work on strength, flexibility, skill progressions while receiving individualized feedback from our coaching staff.

Recreational Camp

Designed for ages 5–12, this camp is all about movement, energy, and making memories! Athletes will rotate through tumbling, cheer, gymnastics, and exciting obstacle courses — keeping them active, engaged, and smiling all day long.

Elite Cheer Camp

Featuring Sydney Dixson and Dr. Traviera Sewell!
This high-energy, 2-day intensive is designed to push athletes to the next level with focused training in cheer, tumbling, and stunts. Whether you’re working to perfect your technique, build strength, or gain confidence in the air, this camp delivers elite-level instruction in a motivating and empowering environment.

Open to Xcel Silver +, and Compulsory Level 3+
We’re bringing in top-tier coaching, featuring Gerson Ramirez and Jane Becker — both with over 30 years of experience in developing successful gymnasts.
